The The Resource Recovery Facility, located at 4395 W. M-32, has been merged with the  Montmorency, Oscoda, and Alpena  Solid Waste Management Authority (MOASWMA).  The Resource Recovery Facility will still be accepting several type of materials to be recycled.  For a  list of excepted items, and the associated prices, please contact us at (989) 354-2607.
